Want to know what tools I use to manage my business? Here’s a list of my favorites.

Ecommerce Tools

Zebra ZP 450 Thermal Label Printer + Labels– This is my favorite thermal printer. It’s designed to be a workhorse.

Brother HL-L2350DW Laser Printer + Half Sheet Labels– This is a great alternative to a thermal printer, and can be used for more than just labels.

SendOwl (for selling digital products)- Use SendOwl for a super easy way to sell printables or other digital products directly from your website.

Podia– For hosting courses, coaching, or membership. This platform is easy to use, and your course will be up and running in no time.

Shopify– If you’re wanting to open an ecommerce store, Shopify is one of the best platforms to use for digital or physical products.

Reselling Tools

Best Tools & Supplies for Reselling– Here’s a list of my very favorite reselling tools and supplies, the ones I use each and every day.

Best Shipping Supplies– This list will give you an idea of what shipping supplies you need to have on hand, and you’ll get all the links to my favorite companies to buy from.

My Reseller Genie– MRG is my favorite bookkeeping software for resellers, and believe me, I’ve tried more than one. It’s designed to not only get you ready for tax time, but to keep you up to date on the health of your business.

Productivity/ Time Management Tools

ClickUp– Similar to Trello or Meistertask, ClickUp does it all. Make a list, but also view it as a board, a calendar, and more! It works for solopreneurs, but can also be used with a team.

Honeybook– This is a booking software that I have used to book coaching calls, but it can be used for much more! If you’re a photographer, freelancer, or consultant (or anyone who books calls), this is for you. Send your proposals and contracts, and collect payment too.

Website Management Tools

Bluehost– I started my website with Bluehost as my host, and still use them. Their services are super budget friendly for new bloggers.

WordPress– I only recommend WordPress for blogging. WordPress can be just as easy as the others claim to be.

Blogging Tools

ConvertKit Email Service Provider– Every business needs an email list. Don’t start off on the wrong foot with a free service that has poor delivery rates.

Restored316 WordPress Themes– If you want a pretty theme for your website that you don’t have to design, Restored316 is the place to go!

Kartra– This is an all-in-one funnel software that you can use instead of using separate things for every part of your business. Send emails, book calls or classes, host courses or memberships, etc. Kartra is very unique because it tracks leads and customers and their behavior so that you can change your marketing plan to suit your customers.

Surfer SEO– Using this SEO tool has been a game changer for my blog and getting blog posts to rank. Surfer make it so easy!

Podcasting Tools

Blue Yeti Microphone w/ Boom Arm– This is the microphone I use for podcasting and course creation. The quality is great, and the boom arm is very sturdy.

Buzzsprout– I love using Buzzsprout to host my podcast! They make it super easy to upload podcast episodes and have very detailed analytics.
